Crypto Converter

This crypto converter shows what an amount of a cryptocurrency is worth in everyday money, using live spot prices. Pick a coin (Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other majors), enter how much you hold, and choose a fiat currency to see its current value. Crypto prices are highly volatile, so the figure can change second to second.

How it works

Each cryptocurrency has a market price quoted in fiat currencies, set continuously by trading across exchanges. The value of your holding is simply the amount you hold multiplied by that live price. Because different exchanges show slightly different prices, the figure here is an aggregated market price — a fair reference rather than a quote from any single exchange.

The price you actually get when buying or selling also depends on exchange fees, spreads, and slippage on larger orders, so treat this as the market value of your holding, not a guaranteed trade price.

Formula

Fiat value = amount of coin × current price per coin (in the chosen fiat currency). Prices are live spot prices and move continuously.

Worked example

If Bitcoin trades at 68,000 USD, then 0.25 BTC is worth about 17,000 USD. Switch the fiat to INR (at roughly 83.3 INR per USD, so about 5,664,000 INR per BTC) and the same 0.25 BTC shows as about 1,416,000 INR.

Things to watch out for

Crypto is volatile — prices can swing several percent within minutes, so a value shown now may be stale moments later. Live prices refresh every few minutes here; if the feed is briefly unavailable the tool falls back to an indicative price and says so. Stablecoins like USDT track the dollar closely but are not always exactly 1.00. None of this is investment advice.

Frequently asked questions

Which cryptocurrencies are supported?+

Major coins including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA) and Dogecoin (DOGE), against several fiat currencies.

How current are the prices?+

Live market prices are fetched and cached for a few minutes. Given crypto's volatility, even a few minutes can move the price, so use it as a close reference.

Is this the price I'll get if I sell?+

Not exactly. It's the aggregated market price. Your exchange adds fees and a spread, and large orders can move the price (slippage), so your actual proceeds may differ.

Is this financial advice?+

No. This tool only converts amounts to current value for reference. Cryptocurrencies are high-risk; do your own research before trading.
